Order Processing

All orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after your order confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to be shipped.

Delivery Time

• Domestic (Pakistan): 4–5 business days from dispatch.
• International: 9–10 business days from dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. MW Official is not liable for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.

Important Notice

Please accept only parcels delivered in MW Official’s official packaging. If your package arrives in different packaging, do not accept it and contact us immediately.
