No exchanges offered on pieces that are customized to client’s measurements
Eligible Exchanges
- Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability.
- All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
How to Initiate an Exchange

- Specify the reason for the exchange and the desired replacement item.
- Only products with original tags will be eligible for exchange.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
