No exchanges offered on pieces that are customized to client’s measurements

Eligible Exchanges

  • Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
  • Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability.
  • All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  2. Specify the reason for the exchange and the desired replacement item.
  3. Only products with original tags will be eligible for exchange.
  4. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
